Aras Khodro Diesel Company (Amico), one of the private sector commercial vehicle manufacturers in Iran, delivered 240 residential units located in Jolfa to its employees on the second anniversary of its founder's death.
Ameneh Ramazanian, CEO of Amico Employees Cooperative Company, said at the opening ceremony of this project: Professor Taghi Taghizadeh, the founder of Amico Company, believed that (human resource is the biggest capital) for any organization. So the comfort of the organization's employees had many important to him.
She continued: According to this view, in 1993, the company purchased land with more than 16 thousand 600 square meters from the Aras Free Zone.
Professor Taghizadeh had ordered the company to allocate some profits from selling financial resources to constructing residential units for employees.
The CEO of Amico Employees' Cooperative added: "Ataam" project is a complex consisting of 240 units spread over 10 stories in the Jolfa region at the cost of more than 40 billion tomans, and the Aras Khodro Diesel employees paid share was only 15% of the project's total cost.
Ramzanian, while pointing to the quality of the material used in this project, stated: Professor Taghizadeh always emphasized the quality of Aras Khodro Diesel products, and for this reason, in the construction of these residential units, Amico Has used the best possible materials.
In the end, she also said: Although due to the country's economic problems in the past years, which have created many challenges for the production sector, and fluctuations have accompanied the project's progress, the support of the Taghizadeh family and the members of the board of directors. Amico Employees' Cooperative helped to finish this project at the same time as the second anniversary of the death of Professor Taghizadeh.
Also, she said On behalf of Amico employees, I want to thank these dear people and hope that this good act will be a model for other entrepreneurs in the country. In addition, I pray for Master Taghizadeh's soul to rest in peace, and I want to announce that shortly the construction of the second phase of the Ataam project, which includes the creation of a dedicated green space and a bazaar, will begin.
